• Security check – All non-documents shipments are checked prior to accepting for transportation. It is mandatory to comply with international acceptance standards.
• Specific Packing - Shipments are also checked for product relevant packing requirement such as shipments containing fragile items, highly flammable and/or goods falling under Dangerous Goods Category.
• Declaration – Clients are advised to give detailed declaration along with a copy of invoice, making it easy for customs to process the shipments faster.

• Elite’s procedure ensures that vehicles are in “Roadworthy Condition” prior to departure for destination and a comprehensive check list is followed.
• Vehicles are equipped with “Fire-Fighting” and “First Aid Kit”.
• Drivers and staffs are trained and educated on a regular basis with the safety procedures to preclude any unfortunate incident.
• Journey plans are put in place, monitoring the total journey of the trip till returns to the base. A qualified Journey Manager follows the journey plan.
• Elite ensures that staffs attend periodical work shop on Fire Fighting and First Aid courses.
• Installing GPS system is again something we are looking at which would benefit in terms of security and reliability.
